Justin Bieber and his manager decided to ask the fans where to go on their world tour. Hence, they thought of the brilliant idea to have everyone vote in an online poll for their country to be included in the tour. 4chan started a campaign to send Justin Beaver to their home country: North Korea.

Maybe Beaver can finally hit puberty in North Korea’s Yodŏk concentration camp, where he will finally learn to concentrate on his singing.
